Shipping
We craft every piece by hand in Ericeira, Portugal, and ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days within Europe and 7–14 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
We want you to love your So Wood piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are final sale. To start a return, just email us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund right away.
